Art Gallery that sales important and historical Canadian masters (such as the Group of Seven, Beaver Hall Group, the Québec Automatistes, the Painters Eleven etc.). I recommand to have a look for anyone who wants to build a significant collection.

I met Michel of Canadian Fine Arts about 18 years ago. Since that time not only have I purchased several paintings from him, we have become friends. As a collector of fine historical Canadian art, I have learned over the years that the single most valuable tool you need when building a collection is trust in a dealer. Trusting your art dealer is absolutely essential. And it is this trust in Michel and Wil at Canadian Fine Arts that keeps me coming back. To hear the personal stories and anecdotes from someone who knew the artist of the piece you’re looking at, is priceless ...read more on Google

You visit CFA Gallery for 2 reasons. First : the crazy inventory- museum quality historic Canadian paintings, modern and contemporary exhibitions. On my recent visit I was surprised to see an amazing Xiaojing Yan sculpture next to a Philip Surrey painting! The second reason is to meet with the gallery manager - consultant Wil ! He is a friendly and very knowledgeable fella. He likes to sell and he likes to educate. I had a very good conversation with him about Fritz Brandtner few months ago. A high- end art gallery can be intimidating. Not this one - you are welcome there if you just want to enjoy good art or if you just have few art or collecting related questions.

Lovely gallery, the staff were very open and helpful. I was helped by a gentleman whose name I cannot recall, William perhaps. I will be glad to return again soon.
